PRICING AND VALUE

  • My planning services are complimentary when you book your vacation package (resort/hotel + tickets or cruise) through me. I’m paid by travel partners, not by you!

  • No — my rates are the same as booking directly with Disney, Universal, or other suppliers. I often help you find exclusive discounts or promotions not widely advertised, saving you money and time.

  • Yes! I can help eligible military families book Disney and Universal rooms with military rates and add dining plans (when available).

    • Cruises: Book 12–18 months ahead for the best rates and cabin choices.

    • All-inclusives or custom trips: 6–12 months ahead is recommended for the best selection.

PAYMENTS AND POLICIES

  • For vacation packages:

    • A deposit (usually $200 for Disney, varies for others) is due at booking.

    • Final payment is due 30–60 days before arrival.

    • Flexible payment plans are available.

    For cruises:

    • Deposit amounts vary by cruise line/stateroom.

    • Final payment is typically due 75–120 days before sailing.

    I’ll provide a clear payment schedule so you always know what’s due and when.

  • I’ll assist with cancellations or changes according to your travel provider’s policies. For example, Disney offers full refunds on packages canceled before final payment. After that, fees may apply.

    If you booked directly with Disney, Universal, or certain cruise lines within the last 30 days and haven’t paid in full, you can transfer your reservation to me so I can provide my planning services. I’ll guide you through the simple transfer process.
